END YEAR DATES: LAST ORDERS AND STUDIO TIMES

It’s almost the end of the year. And what a year it’s been! Let’s end it adorned in jewels, shall we? To make sure you get all your favourite Dear Rae treasures before we close up shop for the year, here are a few important dates to take note of:

30 November 2020

Last day for Christmas orders so we can get them to you on time. This applies to online and in-store orders for all standard stock and stone rings.

2 December 2020

Our closing date for Custom Designs. All orders placed after this date will be manufactured in 2021.

4 December 2020

Our Bree Street Studio will be open from 9am till 11am, after which we will be closing for our staff party.

8/9 December 2020

These are the dates that all online orders will be shipped by.

16 December 2020

The shop will be closed due to the public holiday - The Day of Reconciliation.

24 December 2020

The last day our studio will be open for last minute Christmas shopping. We’ll be closing at 1pm, so come early!

25 December - 3 January 2020

We’re on holiday! The studio is closed for business.

4 January 2021

We’re back and open for business - in-store and online.

5 January 2021

Custom Design queries and orders are now open.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Please remember that during the festive season shipping can take anything between 1 and 3 working days. All orders will be shipped on the 8th and 9th of December. Should you not be at home during this time, please ensure that you provide us with your holiday address when ordering.
