A bezel set oval lab grown diamond center stone, with 5 x 3mm lab grown diamond tapered bagette side stones, in partial bezel settings, on a half round profile band. 

Select between a 1ct, 1,2ct or 1.5ct center stone, to be set in 9ct, 14ct or 18ct, yellow, rose or white gold. 

The center diamond used in this image is a 1.2 ct.

All diamonds used are DEF in colour and are certified.

We work with the British Letter ring sizing system meaning that your ring size will be a letter. We have grouped the letters together into sizes that are easier to understand: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and  X-Large. It is important to note that your ring size does not necessarily correlate with your clothing size. You can be an X-Small clothing size and have X-Large finger.

The best and most accurate way to get your finger measured is to visit your local jeweller, but we totally understand that it’s not always convenient or possible which is why we have shared a helpful sizing guide that can be printed out and used at home.

Please note that if you choose to measure your finger at home and the measurement ends up being incorrect, we cannot be held liable. Therefore, we advise you to get properly measured at your local jewellery store.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Our treasures are made to order, so please allow up to 10 – 15 working days for processing and manufacturing. Important to note is that we will only start once we have received payment.

WHERE TO AND HOW MUCH?

Our courier delivers throughout South Africa at a cost of R100 per parcel. However, if your order is over R1000, we’ll ship it to you for free. Consider it our gift to you.

WHEN WILL IT GET HERE?

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for shipping from the time your order has been placed. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Permission to stalk.

WHAT KIND OF ADDRESS DO YOU NEED?

A physical address is required for all shipping within South Africa. Unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box.

CAN I COME COLLECT?

We do have a studio in Cape Town, so if you’re based in the area please feel free to select ‘collection’ as your shipping option. We’ll let you know once your order has been completed and ready for you to collect. We love visitors – So pop in to collect or even just to say hello.

CUSTOM DESIGN FAQ'S

CAN I ALTER THE DESIGNS OR USE A DIFFERENT GEMSTONE?

Yes you can, this will follow a different process and cannot be ordered from our website. Please email customdesigns@dearrae.com for all queries regarding a bespoke piece.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

No, as each stone is individually sourced, all sales on this collection are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY DEAR RAE PRODUCT?

There is a 4 week lead time for the lab grown diamond collection and a 6 week turnaround time for natural diamonds or other gemstones.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA?

Yes we offer international shipping for all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

WHAT KIND OF ADDRESS DO I NEED?

We do not accept P.O. Boxes. All shipping is tracked and you will receive an update from our shipping partners as soon as it has left our studio.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

For the most accurate sizing, we recommend visiting your local jeweller. Most jewellers will size your fingers free of charge. We work in the British sizing system (the alphabet) so be sure to ask for a conversion if they work in a different system. Our sizing guide is just that, a guide. Please be aware that your size may vary and the only way to find out an accurate size is to use a proper jewellery sizer.

WHAT IF I NEED MY RING RESIZED?

We advise that you bring your ring into Dear Rae to get resized. International clients, please get in touch with us at customdesigns@dearrae.com.

DOES DEAR RAE OFFER ENGRAVING?

We offer engraving on request. There is an additional charge and lead time. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

I BOUGHT A GIFT FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL. CAN I SHIP IT TO THEM DIRECTLY?

Yes you can! Simply include their address at checkout. You can leave a note for them if you wish.
