Festive Season FAQs

Different year, same sentiment: How is it already almost Christmas!? To make sure you end this year adorned in all the Dear Rae jewels on your wishlist, please take note of the following important dates over the Festive Season:

ORDERS

Please note that in-store and online orders are officially closed as of 24 December 2021. We will be open for business again on 4 January 2022, at which time we’ll start processing all orders placed after 24 December 2021.

SHIPPING INFO

All Dear Rae orders have been sent with tracking details and have been updated on our system - you will receive a notification via email. Should you have any tracking queries, please contact https://www.uafrica.com/ or https://track.uafrica.com/. Do keep in mind that it’s the busiest season of the year and that couriers take 2 to 4 working days to deliver. They will often phone clients before drop-off to confirm delivery.

VOUCHERS

Looking for a last-minute Christmas gift? You can purchase Dear Rae vouchers via our online store up until 24 December 2021. They will immediately be delivered via email - either to you or the lucky loved one receiving your gift.

CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS

You are welcome to return or exchange your gift, as long as it is in a new and unworn condition. If you’re based in Cape Town, feel free to pop into our Bree Street studio once we have reopened on 4 January 2022. We will assist you with resizing, remaking or exchanging. If you do not live in Cape Town, kindly contact info@dearrae.co.za so we can arrange a collection via our courier, which will cost R160 return. Please contact us for further information.
